When should I engage Red Legend Capital?

As early as possible. There is absolutely no obligation when you pick up the phone or send us a note, asking to talk to us. We are happy to spend time with you and listen to your plans. Or maybe you just have questions and need help formulating a plan. Happy to have that discussion as well.

We will always do our best to understand your challenges and objectives and then figure out how and where we can add the most value to your endeavors. And if we can’t help, we will be honest about that as well and be happy to refer you to someone else in our extensive ecosystem who we think would be a good fit for your requirements.

What does your contracting process look like?

Our contracting process is straightforward, and as in all things with RLC, completely client-focused. We will evaluate your requirements and then come back to you with a proposal which outlines our recommended approach to fulfilling your needs. In all cases, our touchstone is flexibility and client-centricity. The deal structure has to work for our clients, and we will ensure that it does and there is a clear understanding and agreement on every key aspect of the contract, before we initiate the engagement. At the end of the day, we are looking for a lasting relationship with our clients and from the outset, that mindset is what drives our contracting and engagement process.

How do you engage with clients and what is your process?

That will depend on whether we are working with you on business strategy, a capital plan or a technology strategy. In each case we will always undertake a thorough assessment and evaluation of your desired business outcomes and strategic needs and then formulate a strategy and action plan accordingly.

Our objective is always to create a tailored solution that specifically fits your requirements and doesn’t make you feel like you have to adjust your objectives to align with our processes. It’s always the other way around.

Can you tailor an engagement to fit my specific needs? 

We will always be thoughtful and flexible in our consideration of a client’s needs and are happy to tailor our engagements to fit your requirements precisely.

What is the typical length of an engagement?

While we have worked with some clients over the period of many years, there are other situations where we have come in to design or execute on a single specific project or initiative. We can work both ways but our long-term objective is always to build a lasting relationship with our clients and be in a position to advise and implement over numerous engagements.

Some of our most successful relationships have started with a single, small engagement and then grown into multi-faceted initiatives over time, as the partnership has developed and trust has been established.

What if I need something that falls outside the scope of your defined services?

In situations where your requirements fall outside our areas of expertise , we will be transparent in either advising you on additional partners or let you know if we need to source additional outside expertise within the engagement team in order to fulfill your needs.
